Payment Policy to Start Production

  • Online stores - payment is made at the time the order is placed.
  • For orders under $1,000, we require payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • For orders over $1,000, we require 50% down (or payment in full) at the time of order confirmation and the balance due upon pickup.
  • Alternate arrangements may be made if necessary (schools, city, etc.).

Our standard production time is 10 business days from the time the order is finalized and payment has been made. This can change depending on the time of the year. Fall/winter orders may take 3-4 weeks. A shorter timeline may be possible; please ask! All due dates listed are end of day. If you have a certain time requirement, please let us know.

We prefer vector PDFs in order to print and embroider your items. Unacceptable art files or low-resolution images may incur an hourly art fee depending on the complexity of the design.

Customers may request sizing samples. All samples that are not used for actual orders will be the responsibility of the group/business placing the order.

If changes are made after order confirmation, the due date may be extended, and we reserve the right to add a change or restocking fee to the order.

  • Pickup hours are 8–4 Monday through Friday. Arrangements may be made if this does not work. If you are unable to pick up the order, we offer courier or UPS delivery. The cost of this service will be added to your invoice.
  • Online stores are set up for groups. Orders will be distributed by those groups unless otherwise noted. If you have questions regarding delivery, please contact the coordinator for your group. Please remember that orders are processed AFTER the store closes, not the day you place the order.

Decorated garments should be washed inside-out, in cold water, and dried on low heat to maintain the quality of the decoration.

Items will be held for 90 days after the completion date. If they are not picked up, we will donate the unclaimed items to a charity of our choice.

All decorated merchandise is custom ordered and not subject to return or exchange. Sizing charts are available for most online orders. Please be sure to verify you have ordered the correct size before placing the order.

We DO NOT decorate customer-supplied garments from October through December. In most cases, we are able to accept customer-supplied orders the rest of the year. There is an additional fee of $1 per item. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacing items that may become damaged during production (machine malfunction or misprint).
